• In this seminar, you’ll learn and train how to communicate optimally with your employees through proper listening and question techniques, and how to win your team over to your ideas and projects.
• You’ll learn to better understand yourself, your reactions and the reactions and behaviours of people around you.
• You’ll learn the importance of frame conditions as well as the important role you play as a leader in your business and (co-)shaping this environment.
• Train methods and experience yourself in various exercises, simulations and group work, while at the same time learning the ability to "transfer" your learnings to your environment.

Transfer is facilitated by concrete and preferably your own case studies, and by an intensive exchange of experiences with your trainer and fellow participants. Attending the Training in English enhances transfer into an international environment.

Contents:

This seminar prepares you for the modular “Qualifizierte Führungskraft” certification and includes a blended learning part: Beside two days of training in attendance, you’ll further have the opportunity to work on individual content using transfer books, checklists, profiles and small tests in your own time. The self-learning part comprises a scope of four hours, which can be designed according to your time resources!
